What is CBD Oil?

What is CBD?
CBD is a naturally occurring chemical compound found in the cannabis plant. Many of us associate CBD with marijuana, but this is not the case. CBD is one of hundreds of compounds found in the cannabis plant, accounting for 40% of the plant’s extract. THC is also one of the compounds found in the cannabis plant, and is the psychoactive component of marijuana. CBD is not marijuana: it is completely safe and in fact, is being renowned for the numerous ways in which it can support our body’s own healing abilities.

Did you know?
One of the most powerful neurotransmitter networks in our body is called the Endocannabinoid System. This complex system was only discovered in the last 25 years. It helps regulate a wide variety of physiological functions, including immune-response, metabolism, and sleep - as well as psychological functions such as mood, memory, and social anxiety.

Why are you telling me this?
I am sharing this extremely over-simplified explanation of CBD and the Endocannabinoid System with you because CBD products have played an important role in my health over the past 2 years, helping me overcome a debilitating case of anxiety and insomnia.

Making the decision to take a natural approach in dealing with my condition was not easy. There are many CBD products available here in Colorado and it was difficult to muster the energy to research my options while feeling so bad. I serendipitously discovered Joy Organics products early on - and they have been life-changing for me, to say the least.

I am very excited to be joining with Joy Organics as a wholesale partner. Because these products contain zero THC, they have no psychoactive effects and can be purchased by anyone and shipped anywhere throughout the country.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
