Quick and Easy Gluten Free Paleo Bread

No-fuss, delicious sandwich bread that is grain-free, gluten-free, paleo-friendly, and soft!

1 cup Almond Flour

3/4 cup Arrowroot Flour

1/2 cup Golden Milled Flax Meal

1/3 cup Coconut Oil (Solid - NOT melted)

4 Eggs

1/4 cup water

2 TBS Maple Syrup

1 tsp ACV

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a standard bread pan with parchment paper.

Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.

In a blender or food processor, combine wet and dry ingredients.

Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
