Winter is a hard season for me. I don’t mind the shorter days and I love snow, but I don’t like feeling cold. I wear leg warmers, a scarf, and hat at all times, even at home. When we lived in the Pacific Northwest, seasonal depression was never a problem. It was gloomy and rainy most of the time, but I could still get outside for walks and even garden mostly year-round.
I’m a firm believer in living in the moment and finding the good in all seasons and situations. But as a coping mechanism, I’m just going to daydream a bit here and look ahead to warmer months! Dreaming of summer:
Love this idea for re-purposing a broken rake, of which I happen to have.
